TEMPO: Full Time - Chef de Partie

We are seeking a driven and talented individual to take ownership of a section in our kitchen, contributing to our high standards of quality and efficiency.
The Role:
Manage and run a designated kitchen section, working across different areas of the kitchen as needed.
Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to the Head Chef’s specifications.
Maintain impeccable hygiene and safety standards, ensuring all food items are handled, cooked, and served to company specification in accordance with the Food Safety manual, HACCP, and EHO directives.
Act as a role model to junior members of the team, taking pride in passing on knowledge and supervising chefs.
Work closely with the kitchen team to foster a positive and collaborative environment.

Who You Are:
You will have a minimum of one years’ experience as a Chef de Partie at a quality restaurant and a desire to learn, develop, and progress within the company.
You have a positive attitude, attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with all members of the team, not to mention a genuine passion for cooking and restaurants.
Experience in Asian cuisine is preferred but not essential.
You are organized, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You are a true team player with a passion for excellence in the kitchen.
